Adarsh Gyan Niketan was founded in 1998 with a singular focus: to bring quality education to the children of Karnamepur village and surrounding rural areas of Shahpur block, Bhojpur district, Bihar. Over the last 28 years, our school has nurtured thousands of pupils, instilling values of academic diligence, moral integrity, and practical life-skills.
As a co-educational school offering primary and upper primary education (Pre-Primary to Class 8), we use both Hindi and English mediums of instruction. Our school features 10–20 classrooms, a fully functional 20-computer lab, a library with 500+ books, a spacious playground, and a peaceful rural campus that provides an ideal learning environment.
Supported by the Satyarth Sewa Foundation, the school has consistently evolved its pedagogy. We integrate computer-based learning with practical activities and sports training to ensure all-round development of every child.
